We're renovating our building on Christina Street: glass-front private offices, a real boardroom, open desks, and room for a lot more people than we can fit today. Phase one opens January 2027.

People kept knocking. We kept saying no.

For years we've shared our own building with founders, freelancers, and small teams. There was never a sign on the door and we never marketed it. People found us anyway, and the inquiries didn't stop.

We turned away about 95% of them. We didn't have the space, the amenities, or the private offices they needed.

That stuck with us. We know how much a good place to work matters when you're building something, and every time we said no, we wondered if they ever found one.

So we're making room.

A major renovation, already underway.

We're putting over $150,000 into 136 Christina Street to turn it into a coworking space Sarnia-Lambton can be proud of, right in the middle of downtown.
