For nearly a decade, we shared our own building with the founders, freelancers, and small teams around us. No sign at the door, no public marketing. The inquiries still came every month.

We turned 95% of them away. We didn't have the space, the amenities, or the private offices their work needed. Teams, entrepreneurs, startups, and remote workers left without the space and the community they were looking for.
